Refund & Re-booking Policy
Full and Partial Refunds
Customers can obtain a full refund for booking cancellation up to 14 days before course start date.
Booking cancellation up to 7 days before start date will be 50% of cost.
Booking cancellation with less than 7 days of start date will result in no refund.
The refund policy is applicable to both Underway Sailing courses and charter bookings.
Re-booking
Booking a course with Underway Sailing ensures the student has a place reserved for them. In this day and age of Covid restrictions and risk of illness, we try to accommodate students in this regard and provide re-bookings when possible. In the absence of a medical emergency, re-bookings are subject to $75 fee.
